In this project, I took charge of developing and optimizing a ballroom music website, which involved gathering user requirements, designing efficient workflows, and implementing robust solutions for a seamless user experience. The goal was to ensure cross-browser compatibility, reduce page load times, and improve database query performance, while delivering a secure and high-performing platform.

Challenges and Solutions

Database Performance Issues:
The site suffered from slow performance due to inefficient queries, which negatively impacted the user experience.

Solution:
By analyzing query structures and optimizing database indexing, I was able to reduce database response times by 50%, which contributed to a 60% reduction in page load times. This optimization ensured a smooth, responsive experience for users.
